ADMISSIONS AT HOUSE OF EMET
A few simple steps to find out if we're the right fit.
We know choosing a different school can feel like a big decision. Our process is intentionally simple starting with one relaxed conversation, no pressure, no commitment.
Now enrolling for fall 2026 — only a few spots remaining.
Who House of Emet is Designed for
House of Emet was created for kids who aren’t thriving in traditional school.
We didn't build this school for every child. We built it for the child who is smart, curious, and capable — but something about their current environment isn't working. Maybe they're falling behind. Maybe they've stopped loving school. Maybe they've started saying things like "I'm not good at anything.
If that sounds like your child, you're in the right place.
Your child may thrive here if they:
feel overwhelmed in large classrooms
are bright but falling through the cracks
need more individualized support
have begun loosing confidence in school
would benefit from a calm, structured learning environment
We are intentionally small and deeply relational. Because finding the right fit matters for our child and for our school community.
How Enrollment Works
Four steps. No pressure. Designed to make sure it's the right fit for everyone.
Step 1: Parent Conversation
We start with a relaxed 20–25 minute Google Meet call. This is a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We want to hear about your child: what's working, what isn't, and what you're hoping to find. You'll get honest answers to every question you bring.
Step 2: Parent Visit
If the conversation feels promising, we'll invite your family to visit House of Emet in person. You'll see the classroom, meet Mrs. Raj, and get a feel for the environment firsthand. This is where most families know.
Step 3: Shadow Day
Your child spends a day learning alongside our students. This lets us get to know them — and lets them get a feel for us. We use this time to make a thoughtful, honest assessment of fit.
Step 4: Enrollment
If it's a strong fit for everyone, we guide you through enrollment, paperwork, and everything you need to get started. We make it simple.

House of Emet is a TEFA approved school
The Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program allows eligible Texas families to use state education funds toward private school tuition. House of Emet is an approved TEFA school.
Important: The TEFA application window for the 2026–27 school year has closed. If you missed it, get on the TEA notification list so you're ready when applications reopen for the next cycle. We're happy to walk you through the process when that time comes.
Even without TEFA this year, many families find our tuition more manageable than expected — and we're happy to talk through financial options during your parent conversation.
